Warranty Policy

Meet the conditions of the warranty policy:

  • Purchase channel: NIDICI official store only.
  • Reason for application: After inspection by technical support staff, the product if there are quality problems or other non-human damage reasons, the company provides free repair or replacement services; such as non-quality problems caused by human causes, the customer should bear the corresponding replacement parts costs.
  • Warranty period: NIDICI offers a (60) days warranty period, starting from the date the product(s) was delivered to the customer. Note: there is no warranty period for gifts, if there is a missing gift or quality problems, you can contact us within 3 days to apply for replacement.
  • Warranty coverage: For all products

These situations are not covered by the warranty:

  • Crashes or fire damage caused by non-manufacturing factors, including but not limited, to pilot errors.
  • Water damage or other damages caused by improper installation, incorrect use,or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
  • Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification of circuits and mismatch or misuse of the battery and charger.
  • Damage caused by operation in bad weather (i.e. strong winds, rain, snow, sand/dust storms, etc.)
  • Damage caused by operating the product in an environment with electromagnetic interference (i.e. in mining areas or close to radio transmission towers, high-voltage wires, substations, etc.)
  • Damage caused by operating the product in an environment suffering from interference from other wireless devices (i.e. transmitter, video-downlink, Wi-Fi signals, etc.).
  • Damage caused by a crashes when components have aged or been damaged.
  • Damage caused by operating the unit with a low charge or defective battery of any form.
  • Damage resulting from other support (online community for example), such as assistance with “how-to” questions and or inaccurate product set-up and installation.

When using the product, please be sure to carefully read the product instructions and precautions to avoid unnecessary losses.

  • Step 1: Vertify your email address by checking the verification code in your inbox.
  • Step 2: Filled in your order information and the problem description,also attached the picture or video to show it.
  • Step 3: Click “Submit”.

Return Policy

  • NIDICI offers a (14) days return policy on all and new unopened equipment, starting from the date the product(s) was delivered to the customer. Anything beyond (14) days of delivery will not be eligible for return. If the product(s) received has been opened, used or damaged, no return options will be offered.You are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred when sending unwanted product(s) for a return to China. (It is recommended to choose a method with tracking).
  • Please send us pictures or videos immediately to help you return if you received defective items.
  • The appearance of the product must be intact, free of damage, scratches, stains, cracks, deformation, etc.
  • The drone, accessories, tools, packaging, etc. must be complete.
  • If there is any damage to the appearance of the product received by the returned product, incomplete accessories or problems caused by not mailing in the original packaging, the customer shall bear the relevant expenses.
  • After delivery, the package/return is directly rejected due to personal reasons such as dislike, undesired, improper use, etc. (must be in a new state), and the customer is required to bear the shipping cost sent by the seller and the package return cost.
  • The costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns beyond the approved warranty process) shall be borne by the buyer.
  • If you received the wrong item, please contact us to return, our team will refund the shipping fee after received the package.
  • Please confirm the correct delivery address at checkout, if the incorrect delivery address leads to unsuccessful delivery, the responsibility for incorrect delivery information will be borne by the buyer.
