Delivery Costs

* These delivery costs are based on standard shipping. Additional fees may be charged for special delivery services including the shipment of bulky goods.

Estimated Duration of Delivery

Usually, it takes 5-45 days for a package shipped from China to arrive. If your package has been delivered, we will send you an arrival notice, please verify if you have received the goods, if not, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.

For goods shipping from overseas, it will take 3-12 days to arrive. If your package has been delivered, we will send you an arrival notice, please verify if you have received the goods, if not, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.

Please note that our packages are dispatched from our warehouse worldwide, but our main warehouse is in China, thus our Customer Support Team is not available on public holidays, nor are order processed or packages dispatched on these days.

Air post：10-45days

(Of course, our delivery services always try to deliver the shipment as quickly as possible. However, we ask for your understanding if there are occasional delays in delivery, usually due to weather or traffic conditions.)

Our Packaging

Products are wrapped in bubble wrap or sponge for extra protection against breakage. 

Delivery of Bulky Items

Large or bulky items are generally delivered via a freight forwarder.

Customs Clearance

Customs Clearance in Third Party Countries

All orders placed are liable to VAT and custom duties. After communicating and coordinating with the logistics company, some standard shipping channels are tax-inclusive, but if the shipment is sent by express, it is not tax-inclusive, and you need to pay the tax yourself. If you are very concerned about this issue, please contact customer service to confirm.
